This is the preferred yeast of professional bread bakers. Use in any recipe calling for Active Dry Yeast. The advantage of Instant Yeast over Active Dry Yeast is there is no need to proof the yeast - simply add to your dry ingredients in the same amount as described by the recipe. Ideal for bagels, baguettes, crackers, croissants, donuts, english muffins, flat breads, hearth breads, pan bread and pizza crusts. - Vacuum packaging ensure freshness, consistency and minimal activity loss until opened - A single package will produce approximately 96 loaves of bread - Certified Kosher Pavre

Ingredients: Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid Directions for use: Mix with flour or add to dough during first stage of mixing. Keep out of direct contact with ice water.

Always reliable

A pound of this yeast always lives in my freezer, and I transfer enough for a week’s use into the refrigerator. The end of the frozen package is always as active and reliable as the beginning. Great product, and I appreciate the fast shipping.

Made light whole wheat bread

I had not made bread in a year, and when I started again, my whole wheat bread was too heavy and moist. I got a new package of yeast, and my bread is nice and light again.
