A professional dough conditioner that improves the consistency and quality of the dough. Now available in consumer-friendly size.

Directions: Add directly to the flour at 0.1% - 0.5% of the total flour weight. Example at 0.5%: Add 8.0 oz of dough conditioner for 100 lbs of flour
Note that we have repackaged this product from a larger packaging size. As a result, the product is not in the original manufacturers packaging. The repackaged item was packaged using machines that may have come into contact with nuts egg proteins, wheat/gluten, dairy or dairy products, soy, tartrazine, corn, poppy seeds, MSG, mustard, sulphites and sesame.

    I was always use Fleischman's bread booster and tried this product for the first time, very happy with it, good packaging and very fast delivery!

    Great bread enhancer

    I was using grocery store version of this type of product but it gets expensive. This worked perfectly at a fraction of the price. Will get more once it runs out! Once you try this stuff , you'll never bake bread without it.
