Taking premium, hand-selected beans cultivated on the Bourbon Island of Madagascar, Nielsen Massey uses a proprietary cold extraction process to gently draw out and preserve the vanilla's over 300 flavour compounds. The result is a sweet, creamy, mellow flavour with velvety after-tones, perfect for cooking and baking both sweet and savoury dishes. An exceptional "all-purpose" vanilla.

One tablespoon of vanilla extract is equivalent to one vanilla bean.

This product is Kosher and Gluten-Free Certified as well as All-Natural and Allergen-Free. For people who do a lot of baking, the 32 oz size is great value!

This is the best Vanilla Extract we have ever had. Out second bottle arrived a few days ago. Outstanding flavour that is the best there is. Well worth the price. This bottle will last us over one year. Yes, it is expensive. Yes, it is well worth it!
