A mild, nutty flavour popular in Mediterranean baked goods. Think Baklava or Spumoni! Pistachio flavour is great added to desserts to impart a nutty flavour. Substitute Pistachio flavor in any recipe that calls for a nut flavouring such as almond, pecan, or walnut.
Appropriate for use in coating chocolate, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound). Not recommended for use in pure chocolates.
