Caramel Callets™ combines the richness of Callebaut®'s iconic milk chocolate with pure caramel. The end result is a deliciously irresistible milk chocolate with a sumptuous undertone of long caramel brown.
Use Caramel Callets™ just like you would any regular milk chocolate – it melts, tempers and chills exactly the same. Thanks to its medium fluidity of three drops, you can use Caramel Callets™ to mold, coat, flavour mousses and creams or to create decorations.
When pairing it, our chefs suggest combining this caramel-scented chocolate with flavours that are compatible such as fleur de sel, ras el hanut or hazelnut, or that create a contrast such as passion fruit, lime, green apple, etc.
