Ideal for starchless gummy production, hard and soft caramels, or any confection with a sticky surface. Made from high-quality MCT oils and lecithin, this versatile product is highly stable with a long shelf life.
Ingredients: Vegetable oil (coconut origin), Lecithin (sunflower origin)
Allergen (on the same line): Milk, soy, peanuts

Usage Tips:
Apply light layer using pastry brush, air sprayer or similar system. Take care to avoid over-application or pooling. Excessive use will leave residue on pieces and equipment. Note, molds may not need to be sprayed each cycle as they become seasoned over time.
