An excellent customer service experience. My order for 10 of these 6" pie pans arrived with 9" pie pans, so I called the toll free number on the enclosed business card to report the error. They were very responsive and a new package was picked up by Canada Post within two hours of my call. I also received a prepaid Canada Post label to return the larger pans.
