Americolor Soft Gel Pastes cannot be used on their own to colour chocolate due to their water-based composition. Flo-Coat allows you to use any Americolor Soft Gel Paste colour to provide a rich, glossy and vibrant color to your chocolate creations.
The usage ratio is 5 parts of Flo-Coat to 1 part Soft-Gel Paste. Blend together Flo-Coat with Soft Gel Paste colour, then add to melted chocolate. The Flo-Coat will smoothly and evenly disperse the Soft Gel Paste into the chocolate, yielding a smooth and pourable consistency.
Ingredients: Lecithin, Propylene Glycol, may contain one or more of the follwoing U.S. Certified Food Colours (Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 and Yellow 6)
