No more need to zest those oranges! Our orange peel is the dehydrated zest of the orange. Our dried orange peel is 3x stronger than fresh orange zest - therefore use 1/3 of what the recipe requires. Example - If the recipe calls for 1 Tablespoon of fresh orange zest, use only 1 teaspoon of our dried orange peel.
To rehydrate, soak in water for about 15 minutes.
