These natural flavours are produced in a base of vegetable glycerin and/or natural grain alcohol and contain no added sugars or fats. The flavours are designed to be used in cakes, fudges, frostings, fondants, cream centers, hard candy, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking applications. All flavours are water soluble.
Please keep in mind that these flavours, while concentrated, are only about half as strong as the LorAnn traditional super-strength flavours. When making hard candy, use twice the amount of Natural Flavours as you would of the regular super-strength flavours.
