Lübecker Almond Paste Marzipan originates from the city of Lübeck, in north Germany and are protected by the directives of European Union law. The quality requirements of Lübecker Almond Paste Marzipan are set higher than those of conventional almond paste marzipan and are regulated by the RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Classification. These regulations enforce sugar content to be limited to 30%, ensuring an extremely high quality almond paste marzipan.

Excellent product
I use marzipan regularly, and I have tried other products that are much more expensive, but i have always returned to Lübeckrt for taste and value. I highly recommend it.

Ludbecker Marzipan
Delighted with this purchase. Soft and easily formed with excellent texture and flavour. Made the finishing touches to my Christmas cakes. Would purchase again and hope that it will be available again next year.
