One of our most popular flavors, Raspberry Flavor, (also referred to ascandy flavoring oil) is both sweet and tart. Reminiscent of summertimewalks picking handfuls of berries for fresh pies and ice creamtoppings.
Appropriate for use in coating chocolate, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound). Not recommended for use in pure chocolates.
