A little goes a long way! LorAnn Flavors are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts. 1 oz approximately equal to 30 mL.
Black licorice calls to mind old-fashioned candies and candy shops. Our Licorice Flavor is great in candies for that old-time feeling.
Appropriate for use in coating chocolate, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound). Not recommended for use in pure chocolates.
