Lorann's Gelatin has been the best in all my experiences for multiple reasons, to start off it has less of that weird gelatin animal smell and none of it comes through in the taste of your final products unlike some other brands I've noticed, It blooms more evenly and seems to dissolve faster within my gummy mix then other brands as well. The product has always been very consistent where as brands like texture star I can physically see differences between batch to batch, whether thats more yellowing or a more potent gelatin smell (unpleasant).
