Love it
I am a home cook and use this product in my chocolates to make them crispy. It comes in one large bag which I then vacuum seal in smaller bags for freshness (since I don’t use a lot of it). This product is perfect to add to hazelnut paste to make “hedgehogs” and to vanilla caramel dragees for a little texture. I recommend this product.
