Les Chocolats Roxy & Rich Cocoa Butter line has many colours you may need to create your masterpiece. The cocoa butter meets FDA and Health Canada food standards. The cocoa butter products can be used to airbrush chocolate, cakes, moulds, showpieces, brush or stencil on rolled fondant cakes, cookies, cupcakes, gumpaste or for any kind of decoration.
- Made with edible food colours.
- 56 g (2 fl oz)
- Warm slowly (in increments) to 95° F (35° C).
- Shake well.
- May need to be re-tempered.
- Actual colours may vary.
Cocoa butter and one or more of the following FD&C Lakes; Blue1 (E133), Blue2 (E132, Red40 (129), Yellow 5 (E102), Yellow 6 (E110) and or TiO2 (E171)

Great Product But Too Small
Roxy & Rich are the only products I use to make my bonbons. The only problem is the 8 ounce container wasn't available. victoriabonbons.com
