Appropriate for use in coating chocolate, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound). Not recommended for use in pure chocolates.
Blue Raspberry Super-Strength is clear and has no added colour.

These are highly concentrated formulas that are meant to be used in dilution. The concentrated form is typically not a reflection of how the flavour will come through in a finished product.
